Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes. To ensure we have the necessary time to design, build, and—most importantly—optimize your property’s performance for peak season results, both tiers require an initial 12-month partnership. After this first year, your subscription continues on a flexible month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice period.

When do monthly payments start?

Your partnership subscription begins the moment your website goes live. To maintain our high-touch service level, we bill one month in advance. This means your first monthly payment is due on Launch Day, covering your first full month of partnership. From that point forward, you are billed monthly, ensuring you only pay for a service that is actively generating value for your property.

What is a digital foundation fee?

Think of this as the architectural blueprint and construction of your hotel's digital home. This is a one-time investment to design, develop, and deploy a custom, high-performance ecosystem. It covers the deep-technical work—from bespoke design to seamless booking engine integration—ensuring your site is scalable, accessible, and fully optimized for direct revenue. We build the engine; the monthly partnership keeps it winning.

Will you handle the booking engine support?

We handle the deep-technical integration of your chosen third-party booking engine as part of the Digital Foundation phase. While we ensure the connection is seamless and high-performing, ongoing technical support for the platform itself is handled directly by the provider. We act as your technical partner during the initial setup to ensure a flawless guest experience, but we are not responsible for the booking engine's internal performance or platform changes.

Can I upgrade from Essential to Partnership?

Absolutely. As your property grows and your digital needs become more complex, you can transition to the Partnership tier at any time. Simply get in touch, and we will prepare the transition for your next billing cycle. We’ll then schedule your first monthly strategy call to align our roadmap with your new goals.

What is the cancellation policy?

After your initial 12-month partnership, you can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. We believe in earning your business every month through performance and results, so once your foundation is laid and optimized, we keep things simple and flexible.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If your property is undergoing renovation or an extended off-season, you can pause your partnership. To keep your domain active, your high-performance hosting secure, and your digital foundation maintained, a $120/month maintenance fee applies. Your site will display a bespoke "Coming Soon" or "Under Renovation" page, ensuring your SEO remains intact until you’re ready to relaunch.

How long does the build take?

A typical project moves from initial strategy to live launch within 6 to 12 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your property and how quickly content—such as high-resolution photography and room details—is provided. We provide a clear, phased roadmap at the start of every project, ensuring your digital launch aligns perfectly with your property's operational goals.

Do you write the copy for my website?

For our Partnership tier, comprehensive brand messaging and professional copywriting are fully included as part of your digital foundation. For Essential clients, we work with your existing high-quality content. If you require professional copywriting or a brand voice refresh for your Essential build, this is available as a bespoke add-on, quoted based on the number of rooms, dining outlets, and unique pages required.

What is a strategy call?

These are dedicated 45–60 minute sessions where we move beyond maintenance to focus on growth. We review your property’s key performance indicators—direct booking trends, search engine visibility, and user behavior—to align our technical roadmap with your upcoming seasonal goals. Essential partners receive these strategy sessions quarterly, while Partnership clients benefit from a monthly deep dive to ensure constant evolution.
