Unlike traditional website design services, there’s no large upfront fee. Your website costs are billed month to month, instead of all at once at the start of your project.
You simply select your package, pay the setup fee, and you will be sent an email with login details to our hub where your dedicated project manager will be waiting for you.
Inside the hub is where we will start our research stage, then your newly appointed creative team will build your brand-new website for you. It’s that simple.
After selecting your package, and you and your dedicated project manager have finalised your ideas, it’s time for your newly appointed creative team to get to work. Your project manager will keep you updated throughout this process.
We will create the whole website for you; from the designs, to the images, to the text copy—everything. This will allow you take care of your business, whilst we create its new, digital home.
As opposed to single page, our multipage page packages comes with not just the homepage but, about, contact, service page, and single service pages. This allows for more of a complete website. Blogs and eCommerce setups are not included.
Creative time includes any updates to your website; this could be editing the text, modifying images, or creating new pages, etc.
No, all packages are based on month to month basis. We do the work upfront but allow you to pay for your website slowly over time.
Yes, there is a $499 one-time design & development fee.
This fee is non-refundable and covers the initial ideation, and research & discover phases.
Only once your website is completed, you will start to pay for your website’s monthly subscription, and that’s it. No catch. No hidden costs.
Instead of using our booking platform, our premium package allows you to switch to an eCommerce package, instead.
This will allow you to sell products on your brand-new website, instead of taking bookings. Contact us if you’d like both.
You can pause any time, just contact our team and we will gladly assist you. Once your site is paused it will have a Gumawa “pause” page with our logo and contact details.
Please bare in mind there is a non-negotiable, monthly pause fee of $79 per month.
All the website content, images, copy and files that we have created will be deleted. Once you cancel the package, there is no going back.
Certainly! You can raise a ticket with our support team any time via your Gumawa account. We generally respond within 24 hours.
Depending on the package and complexity of the website, it can take anywhere between 4-12 weeks.
We offer creative time per month. This time can be used to make changes to your website’s content.
Just let us know whenever you need changes, and our team will get right to it!
We don’t mind your designers to join the initial research stage, but after this, our team take full control of the design & development.
Yes! We understand that businesses change. You can request any upgrade type via your Gumawa account. Just let us know of your plans, we can help you with anything need.
At this current time we do not do downgrades.
